Is LemurHop free?
Yes. Random chat, Worldwide matching, games and friends are free. Coins only unlock optional filters.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start as a guest and meet 5 people. A free account unlocks unlimited chats, friends, stories and Snaps.
Why can't I change my gender later?
Gender filters only work if people can't switch to whatever is popular. That is why it is chosen once.
My camera or microphone doesn't work.
Allow camera and microphone for this site in your browser settings (the lock icon next to the address). Close other apps that use the camera, then reload.
The other person's video never appears.
Some networks block direct video. Try another Wi-Fi or mobile data. If it keeps happening, contact us with your network type.
How do coins work?
Coins pay for region and gender filters, one charge per match. Buying coins is coming soon.
How do I add a friend?
Tap the follow button on the other person's camera. If they follow you back, you become friends and can call each other.
I was banned. What now?
Automatic bans last 24 hours. If you think it was a mistake, write to us from the email of your account.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us from your account email and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.
